SEQUIN offers online shopping through its official website and an appointment-only showroom service. Feel free to choose the option that best suits your needs :)
1. Online Shopping Instructions:● Payment Methods: Credit Card ( VISA / MasterCard / JCB / UnionPay ) / Apple Pay / LINE Pay / JKO Pay
● Delivery Methods: T-Cat Home Delivery / 7-Eleven Store Pickup (No Payment at Store) / FamilyMart Store Pickup (No Payment at Store)
- Some larger items cannot be delivered to convenience stores.
- Home deliveries take approximately 1-3 days after dispatch, while store pickups take about 3-5 days. For urgent orders, we recommend choosing home delivery. T-Cat home delivery is unavailable in the following areas:
- Yilan County: Entire Diaoyutai Islands
- Kaohsiung City: Entire Dongsha and Nansha Islands
- Penghu County: Magong (Hujing Island, Tongpan Island), Wang’an (entire area), Qimei (entire area), Baisha (Dacangyu, Yuanbeiyu, Niaoyu, Jibeiyu)
- Kinmen County: Lieyu (Dadan Island, Erdan Island), Wuqiu (entire area)
- Taitung County: Entire Lanyu Island
Orders are shipped 1-3 business days after order confirmation (excluding the order day), excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No deliveries are arranged on weekends or public holidays. Shipping may be delayed during holiday seasons or due to force majeure factors. For home delivery, the delivery schedule depends on the courier's route. For store pickup, please pay attention to the arrival text message and collect your order within 7 days. Failure to collect multiple times may result in account suspension.
● Shipping Fees:Free shipping for orders over NT$2,000. (If returning items brings the total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.) For Taiwan's outlying islands, a flat shipping fee of NT$220 applies regardless of the number of items.
● Invoice Information:Electronic Invoices: Automatically issued upon shipment. The system will also enter the lottery for you, so no need to request a receipt. Invoice Cancellation: If an order is returned, the electronic invoice will be automatically voided. For paper invoices, the physical receipt must be returned according to the law.
● Important Notices:
In the interest of conserving resources and reducing packaging waste and carbon emissions from shipping, after two consecutive returns, your third order will be subject to manual confirmation by customer service before shipment. After three consecutive returns, SEQUIN reserves the right to cancel your membership and reject further orders.
● After-Sales Service:Product Evaluation Period: A 15-day evaluation period is provided. For more details, refer to our [Returns and Exchanges Policy]. Repairs During Warranty Period: For all SEQUIN bags, repairs are free for damages under normal use within 60 days of purchase, such as hardware damage, detachment, or structural issues (e.g., leather tearing, stitching separation). Cosmetic damages and edge paint issues are not covered. Repairs Outside Warranty Period: Repair costs will be assessed based on the damage.
