Returns And Exchanges Policy 退換貨政策

一、退貨適用範圍

  • 台灣地區:為保護消費者權益,SEQUIN 提供優於消保法之 15 日商品鑑賞期(包含例假日),鑑賞期屬「考慮期」,並非「試用期」。
  • 若商品發生以下任一情形:拆封、剪標吊牌、使用、或使商品缺乏完整性,恕無法退貨。
  • 依消費者保護法,飾品屬於貼身商品、個人衛生用品,有衛生安全考量,基於個人衛生原則,商品若經拆封且無法判定是否配戴過,將無法再次販售,故不得辦理退貨;瑕疵商品不在此限。
  • 客製化商品屬消保法排除 7 日解除權之合理例外情事,亦不提供退換;瑕疵商品則不在此限。

二、退貨規定: 

如需辦理退貨,請來信客服信箱 (info@sequin.cc) 通知,主旨請填寫「訂單編號 xxxx - 退貨申請」。客服確認退貨申請回覆後,請於「3 日」內將商品寄回指定地點。

  • 退貨商品必須保持商品本體、原廠內外包裝、贈品及所有隨附文件資料的完整性,切勿遺失任何配件或損毀原廠外盒。
  • 如退貨商品因配件不全,造成 2 次寄送之往返運費,將由消費者支付。如配件遺失,也將依價扣款或拒絕退貨。
  • 退貨前請務必聯繫客服,如未聯繫而自行寄回商品,SEQUIN 將無法辨別其目的性,若發生遺失等情況,SEQUIN 概不負責。
  • 電子發票將於退貨後自動作廢,跨期發票或特殊情形無法作廢者,將依法開立折讓單。

三、退款時程

  • 信用卡付款:退貨手續完畢後,將辦理退款流程(詳細入賬時間請洽各發卡行)。

四、換貨規定

  • 官網訂單一律「不提供」換貨服務,對於商品有疑慮者可於鑑賞期內申請退貨(請參考上述「退貨規定」)。
  • 特殊情況:如因 SEQUIN 出貨疏失導致品項錯誤、顏色錯誤、商品缺件或遺漏,請於 7 日內通知客服申請換貨或補件,逾期視同訂單成立。
  • 如有訂單缺件投訴,需提供佐證資料如:開箱錄影等。

Returns And Exchanges Policy

1. Scope of Returns:
Taiwan Region: To protect consumer rights, SEQUIN offers a 15-day product evaluation period (including weekends and holidays), which is superior to Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act. The evaluation period is considered a "consideration period" and not a "trial period."
If any of the following conditions occur: the product is unsealed, tags or labels are cut, the product is used, or the product’s integrity is compromised, returns will not be accepted.
According to the Consumer Protection Act, jewelry is classified as personal and hygiene-related items. For hygiene safety reasons, based on personal hygiene principles, once the product is unsealed and it is unclear whether it has been worn, it cannot be resold, and therefore returns will not be processed. This does not apply to defective products.
Custom-made products fall under the Consumer Protection Act's exclusion of the 7-day cancellation right for reasonable exceptions and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Defective products, however, are exempt from this rule.

2. Return Policy:
If you need to process a return, please email our customer service at info@sequin.cc with the subject line "Order Number xxxx - Return Request." After receiving confirmation from customer service, please return the product to the designated location within 3 days.
Returned products must be kept intact, including the product itself, original internal and external packaging, gifts, and all accompanying documentation. Please do not lose any accessories or damage the original packaging box.
If the return is incomplete due to missing accessories, leading to a second round of shipping costs, the customer will be responsible for covering the fees. Missing accessories may result in deductions or refusal of the return.
Please contact customer service before returning the product. If the product is returned without prior notice, SEQUIN will not be responsible for lost or unidentifiable returns.
Electronic invoices will automatically be voided after the return. If the invoice is out of the current period or in special circumstances where it cannot be voided, a credit note will be issued in accordance with the law.

3. Refund Timeframe:
For credit card payments, once the return process is completed, the refund process will begin. (For exact refund timing, please consult your card-issuing bank.)

4. Exchange Policy:
SEQUIN does not provide exchange services for orders placed on the official website. If you have concerns about the product, please apply for a return within the evaluation period (refer to the "Return Policy" above).
In special cases where SEQUIN has made a shipping error, such as incorrect items, incorrect colors, or missing parts, please notify customer service within 7 days to request an exchange or the missing items. If the request is made after the 7-day period, the order will be considered accepted.
For complaints about missing items in an order, please provide supporting evidence, such as an unboxing video.
