一、官網購物說明:
● 付款方式:
信用卡 ( VISA、MasterCard、JCB、UnionPay ) / Apple Pay / LINE Pay / 街口支付
● 配送方式:
1-黑貓宅配 / 7-11取貨不付款 / 全家取貨不付款
● 部分體積較大商品,無法選擇超商取貨
● 宅配出貨後約1-3天可送達,超商出貨後約3-5天可送達。若為急件或希望盡快收到商品,建議
選擇宅配。
2-以下區域恕不提供黑貓貨件配送服務:
● 宜蘭縣 - 釣魚台列嶼(全)
● 高雄市 - 東沙(全)、南沙(全)
● 澎湖縣 - 馬公(虎井島、桶盤島)、望安(全)、七美(全)、白沙(大倉嶼、員貝嶼、鳥嶼、吉貝嶼)
● 金門縣 - 烈嶼(大膽島、二膽島)、烏坵(全)
● 台東縣 - 蘭嶼(全)
● 出貨說明:
- 訂單確認後(不含訂購當天),約 1-3 個工作天寄出,不含例假日
- 配送時間為週一至週五 10:00 - 17:00,國定假日 / 週末無安排配送
- 若節慶假日遇訂單較多或不可抗力因素,則可能延遲出貨
- 如選〔宅配〕:實際配送狀況將依照宅配司機安排之路線而定
- 如選〔超商〕:請留意到貨簡訊並於到貨之後 7 天內取貨,請勿無故未取;如多次未取將取消會員資格。
● 運費說明:
- 單筆消費滿新台幣 2,000 元,免收運費。
- 單筆消費金額未達免運標準、退貨後金額低於免運標準,將依配送方式收取運費,或從退款金額中扣除相應運費。
- 7-11 / 全家 取貨不付款,收取運費新台幣 80 元 。
- 黑貓宅配到府,收取運費新台幣 160 元 。
- 7-11 / 全家 取貨不付款,收取運費新台幣 120 元 。
- 黑貓宅配到府,收取運費新台幣 240 元 。
- 電子發票:由系統於出貨時自動開立,且主動對獎,消費者無需索取憑證。
- 發票作廢:如遇商品退貨時,電子發票將自動作廢。紙本發票依法須繳回實體紙本。
為珍惜地球資源、減少包材浪費與運輸碳排放。凡連續兩次訂單產生退貨者,第三筆訂單將由客服人員進一步確認後才出貨。連續三次退貨者本站將有權取消會員資格並拒絕出貨。
● 售後服務:- 鑑賞期:提供十五日鑑賞期服務,詳見〔退換貨政策〕
- 保固期內維修:全系列包款於購買後之 60 天內正常使用下產生,五金損毀脫落、包體結構損壞(如,皮革斷裂、車線或銜接處分離等結構問題。)經鑑定確定後由我司允以免費保修。外觀損傷與邊油受損不在保固服務受理範圍。
- 保固期外維修:視損傷情況鑑價評估。
二、Showroom 購物說明:
SEQUIN Showroom 採預約制,地點位於台北市士林區,歡迎聯繫 LINE官方客服 預約參觀。

How to Buy
SEQUIN offers online shopping through its official website and an appointment-only showroom service. Feel free to choose the option that best suits your needs :)
1. Online Shopping Instructions:● Payment Methods: Credit Card ( VISA / MasterCard / JCB / UnionPay ) / Apple Pay / LINE Pay / JKO Pay
● Delivery Methods: T-Cat Home Delivery / 7-Eleven Store Pickup (No Payment at Store) / FamilyMart Store Pickup (No Payment at Store)
- Some larger items cannot be delivered to convenience stores.
- Home deliveries take approximately 1-3 days after dispatch, while store pickups take about 3-5 days. For urgent orders, we recommend choosing home delivery. T-Cat home delivery is unavailable in the following areas:
- Yilan County: Entire Diaoyutai Islands
- Kaohsiung City: Entire Dongsha and Nansha Islands
- Penghu County: Magong (Hujing Island, Tongpan Island), Wang’an (entire area), Qimei (entire area), Baisha (Dacangyu, Yuanbeiyu, Niaoyu, Jibeiyu)
- Kinmen County: Lieyu (Dadan Island, Erdan Island), Wuqiu (entire area)
- Taitung County: Entire Lanyu Island
Orders are shipped 1-3 business days after order confirmation (excluding the order day), excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No deliveries are arranged on weekends or public holidays. Shipping may be delayed during holiday seasons or due to force majeure factors. For home delivery, the delivery schedule depends on the courier's route. For store pickup, please pay attention to the arrival text message and collect your order within 7 days. Failure to collect multiple times may result in account suspension.
● Shipping Fees:-
Free shipping for single purchases over NT$2,000.
If a single purchase does not meet the free shipping threshold or if the amount after returns falls below the threshold, shipping fees will be charged based on the delivery method or deducted from the refund amount. -
For Taiwan:
- 7-Eleven / FamilyMart Store Pickup (No Payment at Store): Shipping fee of NT$80
- T-Cat Home Delivery: Shipping fee of NT$160

For Taiwan's Outlying Islands:
- 7-Eleven / FamilyMart Store Pickup (No Payment at Store): Shipping fee of NT$120
- T-Cat Home Delivery: Shipping fee of NT$240
Electronic Invoices: Automatically issued upon shipment. The system will also enter the lottery for you, so no need to request a receipt. Invoice Cancellation: If an order is returned, the electronic invoice will be automatically voided. For paper invoices, the physical receipt must be returned according to the law.
● Important Notices:
In the interest of conserving resources and reducing packaging waste and carbon emissions from shipping, after two consecutive returns, your third order will be subject to manual confirmation by customer service before shipment. After three consecutive returns, SEQUIN reserves the right to cancel your membership and reject further orders.
● After-Sales Service:Product Evaluation Period: A 15-day evaluation period is provided. For more details, refer to our [Returns and Exchanges Policy]. Repairs During Warranty Period: For all SEQUIN bags, repairs are free for damages under normal use within 60 days of purchase, such as hardware damage, detachment, or structural issues (e.g., leather tearing, stitching separation). Cosmetic damages and edge paint issues are not covered. Repairs Outside Warranty Period: Repair costs will be assessed based on the damage.
2. Showroom Shopping Instructions:
The SEQUIN showroom operates by appointment only, located in Shilin District, Taipei. To schedule a visit, Please contact us via LINE Customer Service to schedule an appointment.
